what is coaching?

Coaching shouldn’t be confused with therapy or consulting. Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their full potential. Coaching is forward focused to help you gain clarity about your goals whatever that may be. Coaching is also aimed at creating action plans from the answers you have within.

How Does Group Coaching work?

Group Coaching is a community of individuals with similar challenges supporting each other to achieve their goals. You will be a part of a community that will hold you accountable, encourage and support you. The Coach also have the opportunity to work with multiple clients at once while giving them individual attention guiding them to their goals.

WHAT IS A CLARITY CALL?

A clarity call is for the Coach and potential client to become familiar with one another to be sure they are a good match. You’ll also discuss your goals, challenges and obstacles to ensure your Coach is qualified for your specific needs.

Can i book 1:1 Coaching while in groups?

It’s suggested to finish Groups being as though you’ll have unlimited access to your Coach via email during the duration of your program. Thereafter you can book 1:1 if you still feel the need.

can i cancel my subscription at anytime?

Of course you can.

How do i know if i should book Group coaching or 1:1 coaching?

Its completely up to the individual and their specific needs. In Groups you are with other like minded individuals guided by Coach whereas 1:1 you’ll have Coach undivided attention. Both groups and 1:1 are 60 minute sessions.
